本公司成立于2004年1月1日，主要生产各种客家纯米酒、黄酒。 本公司所有酒类采用海拔1888米的金石藏蜂顶岩层之水，经333米地层自然过滤，方圆80公里无任何工业污染，富含人体所需的多种矿物质。所用大米全部来自乡下的优质米。经传统的土法双蒸酿造而成，味醇和，营养丰富。是宴席、送礼、烹调之佳品。
